Es kommt vor, dass eine St\u00f6rung im D\u00fcnndarm dazu f\u00fchrt, dass bereits dort eine bakterielle Zersetzung von Zucker stattfindet, die zu Bl\u00e4hungen, Bauchschmerzen und auch Durchfall f\u00fchren kann. Es handelt sich dann um eine sogenannte <strong>bakterielle Fehlbesiedlung<\/strong>, d. h. eine \u00dcberwucherung des D\u00fcnndarms mit Bakterien, die \u00fcblicherweise im Dickdarm vorkommen. H\u00e4ufiger kommt dies bei voroperiertem Darm vor, kann aber auch bei normaler Anatomie entstehen.<\/p>\n<p>Um herauszufinden, ob bei Ihnen eine bakterielle Fehlbesiedlung vorliegt, erhalten Sie im Rahmen eines <strong>H2-Atemtests<\/strong> als Testzucker Glucose.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00e4llt der Glucoseatemtest positiv aus, werden wir mit Ihnen im Rahmen eines Sprechstundentermins das individuelle Vorgehen besprechen. Meist ist eine Antibiotikatherapie zu empfehlen.
